Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports at the age of fourteen years old. After a kickboxing training session, wrestling BJJ and BJJ she began her professional debut with Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she turned 18. Cynthia gave Aspen an unanimity loss and outclassed her to tarnish Ladd's career as an amateur. Ladd recovered from this loss and defeated Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-1. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015. She signed up with Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta eleven saw Aspen dominate Ana Carolina Vidal to score an KO early in the round. Invicta 16 saw her go into the Bantamweight division after winning the fight against Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen employed the strong skills she had learned in wrestling to beat McGill. She won her bout via TKO (3rd round) (elbows and punches). Aspen took on Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. Aspen fought Hoy as the catchweight (138.1lb) due to the fact that Ladd was not able to gain weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy to finish her in second round with a TKO. Invicta FC 21, she took her victory in the final bout of the promotion by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She faced Linalansberg during UFC Fight Night 118. She defeated Lina by grounding and pounding her before prevailing by TKO in the second round. Ladd remained in the lead and picked up another big win over Tonya Avinger in UFC 229 with her next fight. Ladd was able to defeat Evinger within the first few seconds and received a bonus for her performance on the night. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee She fought Sijara Eubanks in her debut fight. Both fighters fought an intense fight which Ladd won by unanimous decision. Both fighters received an award called the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd after 16 seconds which ended her streak to win. Yana Knitskaya fell in the 3rd round at UFC 7.7 on ESPN. In a recent match replacement to UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
